STEEL is an Iron (Fe) Carbon (C) alloy. Apart from C, there are different alloying elements and impurity elements. It is the chemical composition of the elements and the internal structure of the steel. Alloy elements can be added to the steel at different rates, and the internal structure is controlled by various processes (reclamation, normalization, etc.) and steel with different properties is obtained according to the purpose of use.
The advantages of steel in steel casting are primarily high strength and conciseness. It is possible to manufacture workpieces which are difficult to shape by casting method.
